Dark red fruits such as pomegranate, black cherry, and ripe cranberry greet the palate followed by notes of nutmeg, anise, and vanilla that linger on the finish. Even a hint of hibiscus is noted on the nose. This is a complete, balanced wine with an elegant mouthfeel that will pair beautifully with roasted and grilled meats, herbed and vegetable-forward dishes, and of course a variety of cheeses. One of our finest vintages ever, Paratus, as the name suggests, is “ready.”
