2013 Paratus Mt Veeder Cabernet Sauvignon (.750L)

2013 presented a second straight year of perfect growing conditions in our Mt Veeder cabernet vineyards. Clear, warm weather prevailed with minimal heat spikes or unseasonable precipitation. Yields were average – 2.5 tons/acre – and the fruit reached perfect balance on the earlier side of October. This may prove to be one of our best vintages ever.
